If the product is in the same condition as when you purchased it, you can initiate the return process within 14 days. To request a return or exchange, you can fill in the required information in the empty field on the request form inside your shipping package and send the product back via Yurtiçi Kargo (domestic courier). The shipping fee for returns sent by Tamias will be covered by the company. However, the shipping fee for returns or exchanges sent by the customer will be the responsibility of the sender.
