1-How do I know if I have placed the order correctly?

4- Can I receive the product I bought online from the store?

Yes, you can pick up the product you bought on our site from the store.

After placing your order, you need to inform us by calling 0538 986 81 89.


5- Will I pay the shipping fee of the products I send for return or exchange?

Yes, the shipping fee for exchanges and returns belongs to the customer. All cargo sent by us belongs to us.



6- Why some products are not accepted for return?

Our silk products are very sensitive and special fabrics and since they are produced individually, it is possible to modify but not return.
