Returns, Exchanges & Shipping

Delivery & Return Policy:

- Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. (Delivery times may vary for some special products. You can see the delivery times for each product on the product detail pages.)

  1. Returns and Exchanges:

1.1 Products that are custom-made upon the request of the member/customer shall be considered as the work of the Seller and, unlike standard products, are subject to the "work contract." Return or cancellation rights cannot be exercised for custom-made products.

1.2. Products that are standard but have been altered according to the customer's size, products that have been damaged by the customer, and products that have not been used in accordance with the usage instructions cannot be returned, and cancellation of the contract is not possible.

1.3. Products purchased by trying them on in our company-owned stores are not eligible for returns.

1.4. You can exchange the product for a different size or model once within 7 days from the date of delivery.

1.5. Products specifically designated as custom-made in the product description will not be eligible for return.

 

1.6. To initiate an exchange request, you need to send an email to hello@tamias.co, specifying the reason for exchange. Please include your Name - Surname and order code in the email subject line.

1.7. Products sent without creating an exchange request via email WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.

1.8. Products that do not comply with the exchange conditions will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.

 

Exchange Conditions:

- Exchange can only be done once. Second exchanges are not allowed.

- Used products, products that have lost their originality, and products without tags will not be eligible for exchange.

- Products that have been damaged due to use (torn, deformed in shape, detached, etc.) will not be eligible for exchange.

- Products that have been tested with heavily scented perfumes or while wearing deodorant that can leave stains will not be eligible for exchange.

- The responsibility for the package remains with the customer until it reaches the exchange address. Tamias.co does not assume any responsibility for damaged or lost packages during shipping. Please ensure that your packages are properly packaged and sent with a traceable, insured company.
