Purposes of Processing Personal Data:

Website/Mobile Application Usage/Contactless Payment Transactions (with or without membership)

In case you use the website/mobile application or wish to place an order via the website/mobile application or our contactless payment system, we process your identity (name and surname) and contact information (email address, phone number, address), as well as your purchase information (purchase date, time, quantity, content, payment method, and payment details), in order to carry out the purchase transaction, prepare the order, package the items, prepare the shipping invoice, handle the shipment, update delivery information, deliver your order to you, differentiate your records from other customers' records, fulfill post-sale operational processes (repairs, exchanges, returns, product reviews, etc.), and send you an e-invoice related to your purchase.

For invoicing purposes, we process your identity and invoice information, and if you are a taxpayer, we also process additional invoice details (Turkish Identification Number, tax number, individual company information).

If you choose to make your payment with a credit card, we process your credit card information to enable payment (credit card information is transferred to the payment service provider without being stored by us).

In case third parties send products to you via the website/mobile application, we process your name, surname, mobile phone number, and address information to deliver the order to you.

We process your identity, contact, transaction, invoice, and transaction security (log records) information to fulfill our legal obligations and other legal obligations towards authorized and competent public institutions and organizations.

For any disputes that may arise, including the exercise of rights such as filing lawsuits, providing responses, and raising objections to official institutions and organizations, as well as for the management of dispute resolution discussions and agreements, we process necessary information to respond to your information requests. This includes identity information (name, surname), contact information (phone number, email address, address), transaction and invoice information, and information related to transaction security (site membership, site/mobile application purchases, log records related to consent/express consent/contract approval within the scope of commercial communication). We also process legal transaction information (correspondence and file information related to dispute processes) for internal auditing, internal control, reporting, testing, development, and improvement purposes.

 

To prevent the misuse of the website's membership agreements, to detect suspicious transactions and unlawful use, and to perform blocking and unblocking operations, we process your identity, contact, credit card information (only the first 6 and last 4 digits), purchase and order information, and transaction security information. This is done in compliance with legislation and ethical standards.

In necessary cases for monitoring suspicious transactions, detecting and preventing unlawful activities, we may share information with our suppliers and payment institutions related to the respective process for consultancy purposes.

We share information with our business partners within the scope of activities aimed at increasing website and mobile application visit traffic.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, Your Rights:

You can always exercise your rights regarding the personal data processed by us, as stipulated in Article 11 of the Law. You can submit your requests to us as the Data Controller by sending a written application to the address provided below or by sending an email from the email address registered in our system. Upon receiving your request for data deletion, your data will be deleted within the timeframe specified in the Law, and you will be provided with an information update.
