CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

This Confidentiality Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") has been signed by the following parties on …..
resident at ……… (hereinafter referred to as “Information Disclosure”)
And
resident at ……… (hereinafter referred to as “Information Field”)
These persons will hereinafter be designated individually as a "Party" and collectively as "Parties".

This Agreement also includes the Clarification Text on KVKK. According to this;
In cases where Serra Cömert Tamias Private Company (“Company” or “Tamias.co”), residing at ………………., acts as (“Data Controller”), within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”); It also includes the purposes of informing natural persons (“Data Owner”) about the collection, processing, transfer, protection, storage and destruction processes, form and purposes of personal data and their rights under KVKK.

1-OUR PURPOSE OF MAKING THIS AGREEMENT AND PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

• Promotion, presentation of our products and/or services and operation of sales processes,
• Negotiation, conclusion and performance of contracts,
• Execution of membership transactions,
• Creating Portal records of our customers and making user definitions,
• Usability of our products by our users and members,
• Announcing changes, promotions, and marketing and sales activities in existing and new products and services,
• Entering the registration of the business/solution partners who will sell the pre-accounting software into the system,
• Offering our subscribers' products and services to the end user through the Tamias.co platform,
• Execution of product and/or service procurement processes,
• Troubleshooting problems in our products and services, identifying and eliminating errors, problems and findings, and providing an improved experience to our users,
• Evaluation, processing and realization of all requests for sales or support services,
• Follow-up of collections, execution of refunds to those who make incorrect payments, and tracking and viewing of these refunds by Tamias.co,
• Our member merchants can open an account on behalf of their customers,
• Providing necessary information to people who request information through our website,
• Receiving e-document applications such as e-Invoice, e-archive, e-waybill, e-producer, e-export, e-self-employment receipt, making them available actively,
• Our members can open their Tamias.co account and update their current record,
• To follow up the customer account in case of any problem,
• Ensuring the security of our workplaces and offices and creating and following visitor records,
2-PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS IN THIS CONFIDENTIAL AGREEMENT
• Your Identity Information: Your name, surname, T.R. Your Identity Number (only processed in accordance with the relevant legislation if you purchase certain product groups), your gender, date of birth, height and weight if shared by you personally,
• Your Contact Information: your phone number, delivery address, e-mail address,
• Your Customer Transaction Information: your order and billing information, your delivery transaction information, transaction history information about your purchases, your request and complaint information, the information you personally share in your comments and questions in case you comment and/or ask questions about the products on the platform, information about the contents of the conversation made with the Trendyol assistant via chat, your order information for these transactions if you order food and fast food.
• Your Transaction Security Information: IP address information, password and password information, your cookie information
• Your Marketing Information: shopping history information, used campaign information, profiling and segmentation information, cookie records
• Your Legal Transaction Information: information in correspondence with authorized persons, institutions and organizations, information in lawsuit and enforcement files, your legal information request information,
• Your Audio Recording Information: your audio recording in case of a call with the call center.

2- Purposes of processing your personal data and Collection Methods in this Confidentiality Agreement

Your identity, contact and customer transaction information; Within the scope of our contractual relationship, it is automatically collected and processed in electronic environment from you, mobile application or website for the following purposes.
• Execution of the processes for the establishment and performance of the contract,
• Execution and supervision of finance and accounting processes,
• Execution and supervision of the company's business activities,
• Execution of invoicing processes,
• Execution of logistics, cargo activities and follow-up of delivery processes,
• Making purchases on the website/mobile applications and confirming the identity information of the transaction,
• To increase customer satisfaction, to get to know our customers who shop from the platform and to use them in customer environment analysis, to carry out activities for the development and improvement of the products and services offered by our Company,
• Carrying out strategic analysis studies,
• Execution of communication activities,
• Presenting products that you may be interested in, taking into account your interests,
• Contacting and informing about the conditions, current status and updates of contracts concluded on our platform under the relevant articles of the Law on Distance Sales Contract and Consumer Protection,
• Informing you about developments, opportunities and innovations at Tamias.co, if you have your express consent,
• To recognize our customers who shop from the website and/or social media applications, to carry out activities for their use in customer environment analysis, and to conduct surveys in electronic and/or physical environment through contracted institutions within this scope,
• Evaluation of your requests, complaints and suggestions regarding our products and services,
• Enabling you to receive information about the products,
• Execution of after-sales support services for goods and services,
• Execution of information security processes,
• Ensuring the security of operations regarding the Tamias.co platform,
• Ensuring that the activities are carried out in accordance with the legislation,
• Follow-up and execution of legal affairs,
• Providing information to authorized persons, public institutions and organizations.

Your personal data under this heading are processed based on Articles 5, 8 and 9 of the KVKK and for legal compliance reasons.

3- YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
By applying to our company,
• Learning whether your personal data is processed,
• Requesting information about it if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom it has been transferred in the country or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,
• Requesting notification of the transactions made in accordance with your rights in the form of correction, deletion and destruction mentioned above, to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed personal data exclusively with automated systems,
• You have the right to demand the compensation of your damage in case you suffer damage due to the processing of your personal data in violation of the relevant legislation.
